Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is a versatile paddling discipline where you stand on a board and use a single paddle to move across the water. It can be done on calm lakes, rivers, or the ocean, and builds balance, core strength, and overall paddling control.
The club has inflatable SUP boards available for use during organized club events. Throughout the summer, we run clinics focused on improving balance, stroke technique, and overall confidence on the board, making it accessible for both beginners and those looking to refine their skills.
