Squamish Days Parade Float Volunteers Wanted
The Squamish Days Festival Parade has been rolling down Cleveland Avenue for nearly 70 years - full of music, costumes, dancing, log trucks, and hometown pride.
This year, we’d love for the Squamish Paddling Club to be part of it!
We’re looking for a few members to help take the lead on putting together a fun parade float/display that represents our club and gets more people excited about paddling in Squamish.
The good news? We already have wheels available to transport kayaks and SUPs in the parade - so we’ve got a great starting point. We just need some creative minds to help organize decorations, coordinate paddlers, and bring the idea to life.
It’s a fun way to showcase the club, celebrate Squamish Days, and maybe recruit a few future paddlers along the way.
