Want to share your paddling knowledge and passion with others? We are looking for instructors to teach learn to paddle clinics. Currently, we are seeking a kayak instructor on Jul 29th 8:00 - 11:00 to teach beginner kayaking.
 

If you are interested in teaching any crafts/topic in the future, we’d love to hear from you! We’re open to ideas for clinics that you think would be of interest to the community (i.e, paddling skills, safety, navigation, overnight packing, etc!)

We are looking for more hands to help increase storage access at the club. Dates and times are TBD based on volunteer availability. Let us know if you can help.

• Installing new racks

• Re-organizing the storage space to create space for more boats/board

• Installing signs

• Lawn and slip way maintenance

Volunteer to lead one our Tuesday night social paddles (6:30 - 8:30pm) or a weekend social (Aug 13, Sept 10, or Oct 3rd 8am-1pm)
 

Social leads are not guides! but host to facilitate the paddle. This includes greeting the paddlers, facilitating a group discussion to discuss safety and decide the paddle plan as a group. We have a simple checklist you can follow.
